Welcome to the official re-launch of Qwirkie!
I did a major overhaul of my business last month, officially re-branding as the Overlock Design Company, LLC. And I’ve been making some major changes in my life – I sign on my first home this Friday! With all of the changes and overhauls, I thought it was time that I paid a little more attention to my personal blog, as well.
A huge part of that has been transforming it from a “personal blog” to a lifestyle, tech, fandom, and blogging resource. I want to share my unique, girly-yet-geeky, nerd-Pinterest-chic aesthetic. I also want to connect with other like-minded women and create a community to chat and grow with.
I’ve also decided to use Qwirkie as an outlet for my creative works! Starting off the first bit of original content is a free resource – a collection of Watercolor Photoshop Brushes & Textures.
I made the textures and brushes playing with my new iPad Pro. I’m hoping to use it to create more resources in the future. I also have a hi-res version (300 ppi) coming soon!
The plan is to release free & premium blog themes here as well. These themes will be blog-oriented and WooCommerce compatible, perfect for feminine and lifestyle bloggers!
I’m excited to see what this new blog becomes.
